The Theme: Fall Harvest
The Design: We created backdrops to accentuate the head table and cake table, using rich shades of crinkled taffetta. Both of the backdrops were embellished with accents of silk leaves in fall shades.
The CAKE TABLE BACKDROP hid a huge ugly smoke-eater fixture, and made a lovely camouflage for the plain paneled wall.
The HEAD TABLE BACKDROP gave a pleasant disguise to the DJ's stage during dinner. The head table and buffets were set on the dance floor, and had to be removed after dinner. The tails of drape were easily moved aside after dinner to reveal the DJ on stage.
The Lighting: We added a little extra warmth and depth to the head table backdrop by uplighting with warm shades of amber. We put one downlight on the cake table to highlight this important feature.
